Patrick McShane

Patrick McShane joined Capital One in March 2018 from Kroll Bond Rating Agency, where he was the lead analyst for the tax lien sector. While at KBRA, Mr. McShane developed the firm’s tax lien ABS rating methodology and rated over a dozen tax lien ABS transactions. Prior to joining KBRA, he worked within DZ Bank’s Asset Securitization Group and specialized in the financing of esoteric assets such as lottery receivables, structured settlements and tax liens. Mr. McShane also was a member of the Structured Securities origination and structuring group at Bank of America and ING’s Asset Securitization Group.
