Marc Rubinsohn

Marc Rubinsohn serves as the CEO Of Pro Capital. He oversees all business functions from lien acquisition through REO disposition. He has been at Pro Capital since 2013. Under Mr. Rubinsohn’s leadership Pro Capital has started 7 funds and has become a prominent investor in tax liens in various municipalities. Previously he served as CFO of a cloud services firm as well as TD Bank’s United States Wealth Management Division. He got his BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
