Laura McNellis, CTLP®  is president of McSully Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage for investment properties. McSully works with Tax Lien portfolio managers and Real Estate investors to provide a complete solution from loan to deed. Laura has 19 years of experience facilitating all types of real estate transactions including land development projects, commercial investments, residential, multi-family, industrial, and mature tax liens. She has an unparalleled grasp of the Chicagoland market with a predominant focus on the Cook County region. In her tenure, she has completed over 2,500 transactions, mainly focusing on the disposition of mature tax liens. Laura is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in the State of Illinois. She is an active board member of NTLA, ICSC as well as Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, NAR, and IAR.
